My name is Casey Berglund. 

I'm the founder of Worthy and Well, the Creator of the Let Your Body Lead TEDx talk, the Professional Certification and associated movement. 

I'm trained as a Registered Dietitian, 500-hour yoga teacher, Certified Professional Coach and have found my life's work as an Embodiment Guide.

I created this online course a few years ago after driving coast-to-coast across the country, raising awareness about the negative influences of diet culture and empowering others to eat mindfully, respect their bodies, and live more consciously and in alignment with their inner selves.

Recently, as I reviewed the video lessons, yoga practices, meditations, and journalling prompts within, I felt #truthtingles, telling me this will serve many folks now during this global pandemic.
