Hi, I'm Casey Berglund.
I'm a former Dietitian and Yoga Teacher turned Next Level Success Coach and Embodiment Guide.
I started Worthy and Well in 2015 after a life-changing, embodied experience that connected me with my deeper purpose and offered me potent clarity on my next steps almost instantly. I tell that story on The Purpose Map™️ podcast here, if you want to learn more.
Prior to that moment, I'd spent months feeling "off" in my body, uncertain in my relationship, and stuck in my job.
But when I heard my heart say
"your dharma is love"
...I got what I didn't know I needed to suddenly feel free in my body and brave enough to build my business full-time.

That same voice nudged me to "let go of [my] dietitian identity," while meditating in an ashram in India a few years later.
I didn't listen (of course), until I stabbed myself with a toothpick making Caprese skewers for my monthly nutrition and wellness segment on Global News and had my "what-the-f*ck-am-I-doing?" moment.
THIS SEGMENT WAS MY LAST.
Because my Next Level was calling.

In short, being a media dietitian mattered, as did helping people trust their bodies around food.
But it was the deeper healing, empowerment, and awakening that truly lit me up.
Through connecting with their body’s wisdom, my clients weren’t just letting go of dieting and embracing intuitive eating, but they were also letting go of jobs that drained their energy, unhealthy relationships that kept them small, and limiting conventional standards that held them back from being who they really were, and doing what they were really here to do.
I wanted to help more people experience this expansion.
Through an integrative process that incorporates guiding people deeper into the wisdom of their bodies, I helped them access their next level of success, find their unique way to weave their purpose into the transformations they facilitate for their life-giving Next Level clients, and helped them create more income and impact through an embodied process I call Sensual Sales.
I created the Let Your Body Lead™️ Method and Facilitator Training after teaching people how to pay attention to their bodies, and let their bodies lead on a TEDx stage in 2019.

Life was flowing, until...
the events of 2020 knocked me on my sensitive, empathic, ass.
AND REQUIRED THAT I STRENGTHEN MY NERVOUS SYSTEM AND BETTER UNDERSTAND THE INTUITIVE GIFTS THAT I WAS BEING CRACKED OPEN TO.
With the help of an elder mentor and hundreds of hours of committed practice, I reconnected with my strength and power, and learned how to use my gifts — ones to be leveraged in the type of embodied leadership that's needed now.

I write this as opposing protestors — separated by police cars — fight one another on the other side of the building that I'm in and Russia bombs the Ukraine on the other side of the world.
We may not immediately solve this separation problem, but we will have an impact if we act in alignment with who we really are and what we're really here for, now.
