This works best if you are a go-getter and you’re ready to build. It’s for the ones who are more experienced in the personal development world and are not in a trauma response right now (you’re not absolutely exhausted, struggling to meet your basic needs, or stuck feeling like a victim).

If you’re navigating the depths of childhood wounding or mental illness, I highly recommend receiving the support of a skilled therapist and/or healer first and to focus on the foundational health of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
