...you don’t care about community or leveraging collaboration - you’d rather do things on your own. We get that sometimes that’s easier (I used to want to stay in my little silo, too). We hold that we’re better together.

The biggest difference is that we teach you how NOT to treat your clients like heads on sticks. Most academic and professional training do not equip you to attune to the somatic or body-based wisdom of your clients. We do. 

We also care about the success of your practice, so we incorporate business and sales skills and training throughout because we want you to feel successful doing this work if you want to get after it, full-time.

Most training tries to keep you in a box to teach and preach their methods. We want you to use and embrace the Let Your Body Lead Method™️ while blowing any box you’re keeping yourself in OPEN so that you can fully embrace your embodied gifts and show up in your work authentically as YOU.

We have a Research Advisor informing our content and creating scientific evidence from our programs. Your work in this Facilitator Training will contribute to the cutting-edge research in the areas of embodiment, coaching, psychology, behaviour change, ancient wisdom etc.

My goal is for this to be the last personal and professional development training you need to fully embody your Integrated Self and Next Level Purpose, create epic results for your life-giving clients and joyfully receive six- or multi-six figures+ doing your most aligned work.

Once you learn to let your body lead, you get to take back your time, money, energy, and power to be your own authority. 

Alignment creates magic and collapsed timelines. In other words, I can bet you'll only get better and faster at your work through the skills you'll practice and as your BE-ing becomes more magnetic. That's some New Paradigm / Embodied Leadership right there!

I know that is NOT the answer you asked for 🤣, so I'm going to speak more about the program expectations if you want to get the most out of it.

Think of the whole program organized in 3 Parts with different intentions, plus spacious integration and support:

• Part 1: April, 2024 - Overview, Coaching, Embodiment
• Part 2: May, 2024 - Ancient Wisdom, Science, Integration
• Part 3: June, 2024 - Creating and Selling Your Core Transformational Offer

Throughout Parts 1, 2, and 3, you will be expected to:

• show up for live calls | Every week, you will be required to show up for three live calls that are 90 minutes each. These will take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7am PST, 10am EST, 4pm GMT. The fourth (last) week of each month is centred on integrating and deepening with the work. 
• enjoy additional embodiment, and nervous system regulation on your own. This could be building a new morning ritual, taking part in a guided embodiment or nervous system regulation practice, or journal, for example. You will be integrating your new awarenesses while you live your life (it doesn't have to be hard work). 

In each Parts 1 and 2, when we're going deep in the LYBL^TM Method:

• You will be required to facilitate and receive peer-to-peer Embodied Coaching; You will block off 90-minutes a week for six weeks with your partner. This time is very powerful as you get to practice your skills and be supported with what you'd like to create and receive in your life and work.

In summary, that's:

• 4.5 hours per week for live calls
• + 1.5 hours per week, once we get going, of peer work (not during regular business hours)
• = 6 hours total per week + whatever other optional practices you'd like to enjoy.
