Straight up, their egos want them to stay the same and stay small. They've likely been tested by life with big delicious dangling carrots and they grab 'em thinking they will offer the keys to great inner fulfillment, but they lands them in the same place and prolong their journeys to living out their genius work.

When they pause, and receive support with being guided into their bodies, they quickly access a deeper level of truth and a different plane of wisdom, that acts as a North Star to determine exactly what comes next.

Often times, change or trauma is part of the levelling up process.
